Join Brittany in an immersive sonic session to support your healing journey. Using overtone emitting instruments you will be invited to connect with the the unstruck sound within you, and then set free to vocalize; liberating your voice and clearing energetic blockages.   • Breath Therapy

    Breath Therapy is an opportunity to experience the medicinal powers of intentional breath manipulation and pranayama. Through the practice of willful, guided breathing we can release stress and engage the body’s parasympathetic nervous system. Therapeutic breathwork can expand our lung capacity, alter our state of being, rewire our body’s for ease over stress, and engage the intelligence within the breath encouraging insight, emotional freedom and spiritual transformation. Breath therapy encourages awareness to how we process our experiences leading to self-empowerment and self-regulation.

  • Curated Guided Experience

    Therapeutic yoga, meditation, cacao, breathwork, and sound are all medicinal practices that work well in tandem. Curated guided experiences let you choose which ingredients will support your overall wellbeing. This is an opportunity to discover the practices you are called to, and align them for a holistic journey. This specialized co-creation uses evidence based techniques designed to help you reclaim your agency, process past trauma, and reconnect to yourself.

  • All of the modalities have the intention of creating a safe space for participants to enter a meditative state, or allow the therapeutic qualities of the experience to support a transcendental state. The goals of these practices are to assist in focus, relieve pain, to down-regulate the nervous system, to create a sense of ease and clarity, and to promote positive cognitive states and habits.

    Expect initial sessions to be 75-90 minutes for intake, assessment, and goal setting.

  • To get the most out of any experience find a safe, quiet space where you feel you can fully let go- ideally where you can lie down. Wear comfortable clothes and prepare for deep listening.

  • Sliding scale pricing is available to BIPOC and low-income communities. Sliding scale prices range from $45-$90, with respect to the length of the experience.
